The Artist of the Month for Coweta Public Schools is Aranza from Northwest Elementary School

Aranza has always liked making art, both at school and at home. She especially likes to draw people. Aranza's favorite art medium is paint. She likes how paint is wet, and that you can mix it. She also likes to paint and then fold the paper over and smash the paper so that the paint will make beautiful designs. She also likes to splatter the paint. Aranza likes art because she can make art that is pretty and cool.

At school, Aranza is a hard worker and a great student. She is always excited to try new ways to create art. She is also a great encourager and helper to her peers. At home, Aranza likes to draw pictures of people and give them to her mom and dad. She also likes to play with her dog, play with toys with her sister, and watch TV.
